Racism in chat rooms

Member "Dawkin" has been putting out racist rants for quite a while in the Starland Multiplayer chat room--can you stop him?

Here's just a sample:
Dawkin dude you guys are such bananas
Dawkin and by bananas I mean black people
Dawkin black people are tall and strong
Dawkin but they tend to be weak in the mental area, even given the fact that they're culturally biased

Dawkin asians tend to have a higher IQ, but it's mostly because they have discipline and practice

Dawkin black people tend to have a lower IQ, and it's largely because of cultural and economic bias
