You were either kicked, or you have a very weak/intermittent internet connection.

Are you using wireless internet? If so, perhaps move closer to you router.

If not, perhaps check that all your cables are plugged in properly, and that they aren't worn in any places.

If none of the above, you might need to tell me a bit more :P
